It was by far my best dealership experience. Chris provided adequate customer service but I do not as if I am a priority. We had an appointment at 11:30AM and we did not leave the dealership until 7PM. When I just recently spoke with the manager af if I am a priority. We had an appointment at 11:30AM and we did not leave the dealership until 7PM. When I just recently spoke with the manager after one week without any apology he said the delay was because we left to get lunch; we were instructed to go and eat lunch. I have had the car only one week and it has already broken down with an engine problem and I haven’t even been given a notice of when I will get my car back. More
