Butler was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car while he was trying to sell me After I bought it and shared some issues and what I didn’t like about the carand ask some questions on functionality while he was trying to sell me After I bought it and shared some issues and what I didn’t like about the carand ask some questions on functionality he disappeared and would not return my phone calls. I got the sense he didn’t like me but regardless his behavior Was not professional! It has created some animosity on my part towards the car and your dealership. Other than Mr Butler , everyone else seemed to be friendly and accommodating. By the way, the technical questions that I had which Butler wouldn’t call back to answer me where answered by Corporate customer Service. I will probably do my maintenance service at another dealership More

Chris was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Volvo SUV lines and available trim. We walked in planning to buy a certified pre-owned immediately falling in love with the Volvo XC90 B6. Unfortunately after our initial test drive I had to travel for a full week. The entire time, Chris helped progress the sale and negotiation forward so that upon my arrival we only had to sign papers and pick out our NEW Volvo XC90. The entire process was frictionless and we felt valued as clients (even with a toddler in tow for most of our visits). The entire family chose Volvo!
