I live about an hour from the dealership, and conducted the majority of my search and purchase online. The dealership gave me a substantially better trade offer than anyone else, and when there were a few minor interior trim parts that needed replacement on my certified C40, they overnighter them to me without any hesitation. The price for the vehicle was super competitive, and the process of picking it up from the dealership was a breeze with no hard sells at any point. As I'm writing this, I'm realizing that this was the easiest, best experience I've ever had with a car purchase. More

Being a retail auto salesperson/mgr for the last 43 years I can say I was impressed. From the initial phone call to set up the transaction through the signing of documents. We knew what we wanted when we came and Christian made it happen as efficiently as possible. He was very courteous, informative and helpful from the start. The only reason I rated it a 4 was meeting with fin happen as efficiently as possible. He was very courteous, informative and helpful from the start. The only reason I rated it a 4 was meeting with finance. We paid cash and weren't interested in extended warranty etc... I felt some pressure and then a little put down by the person presenting it to us. Other than that it was an excellent experience. More
