Much of the initial communication was done over emails and texts. This allowed me to respond to everything at my convenience, without pressure. I was provided with answers to all of my questions and for everything that I needed to know up front about the vehicle. The visit to the dealer was very pleasant and the inspection & test drive went very well. After the purchase agreement, Jeana helped me with the installation the Volvo App on my phone, and she followed through with the list of everything that was supposed to be included with the vehicle, when it was delivered. Tommy Fain did an outstanding job from start to finish with the sale of my volvo. There was no high-pressure from him. He was real, personable and listened to the words that I was saying to him. It was funny because everybody sees the car salesman walking toward you and you just shrink inside. I told Tommy that I was here only to sit in the car didn’t want to test drive just to sit in several cars. He was fine with it and allowed me to sit in several cars. When I left, I told him I’d be back in touch with him If his car went to the next round. About a week later I contacted Tommy and told him I was ready for a test drive. We set up the date and time and I told him I would be back in touch with him after I drove the others. A few days later, I contacted him and told him I wanted to start the process of the purchase. My budget was tight and with what I was looking for Matthew Blundell helped me reach my goal and not a penny more. To be able to go to a car dealership and not be bold over by the salesman and then harassed with continuing phone calls on have you made your decision yet… Volvo Marietta won.
