The dealership gave me a substantially better trade offer than anyone else, and when there were a few minor interior trim parts that needed replacement on my certified C40, they overnighter them to me without any hesitation. The price for the vehicle was super competitive, and the process of picking it up from the dealership was a breeze with no hard sells at any point. As I'm writing this, I'm realizing that this was the easiest, best experience I've ever had with a car purchase. More

We knew what we wanted when we came and Christian made it happen as efficiently as possible. He was very courteous, informative and helpful from the start. We bought a 2021 XC90 from Chris Lagos and had a great experience. Chris made room in his schedule on a busy Saturday to accommodate us driving in from Birmingham with only a few hours notice.
