As with many dealers, tried to sneak in paint and fabric protection without any discussion. Removed when pointed out. Additionally, I purchased a CPO car which comes with 12 months of Volvo cars app. They d protection without any discussion. Removed when pointed out. Additionally, I purchased a CPO car which comes with 12 months of Volvo cars app. They did not set this up right and I was shorted 1.5 months and receive no response to my requests to look into it. It is a small issue, worth only maybe $25 but it brings in to question whether they set up the CPO extended warranty properly and whether I'll have problems when I need warranty service. Plus they should at least reply. The one positive thing is they delivered the car to me for free, but this was more on their part then mine. The paperwork was gonna take a couple hours and I didn't have the time to come back for 4 or 5 days. They seemed more in a rush to clear the deal than I was so offered free delivery. More
