Everyone I've met at this dealership was the same way. Which is great! After I bought my car there was an issue, I called Manny and he was on top of it. I had to leave my car at the dealership to get work done and they fixed it in under a week. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Amazing customer service! Branden was the first person I spoke with at Volvo. I explained what type of vehicle my husband and I were looking for and price range we would like Branden was the first person I spoke with at Volvo. I explained what type of vehicle my husband and I were looking for and price range we would like to stay in. Brandon was there every step of the way, constantly communicating with us. After we picked the vehicle, the process was smooth and stress free. The finance manager Scott worked really hard to get us the best rate possible! He exceed our expectations. If you really want great customer service and a wonderful deal on a car, you have to go see Brandon at the Volvo of Tucson. Thank you Brandon and Scott for giving us such an amazing experience. More

Service Department Safety Concern We recently had the 45,000 mile service accomplished on our S-60, The rear brake pads were replaced without regard for the scored discs; but this is We recently had the 45,000 mile service accomplished on our S-60, The rear brake pads were replaced without regard for the scored discs; but this is not my main complaint. According to the service manager, one of our tires was cupped causing an obvious road noise I had originally thought was caused by the brakes. They rotated the tires at my request to help determine which tire was the problem tire. My complaint is they obviously didn't inspect the tires either during their multi point inspection or during the rotation. The faulty tire (moved from rear to front) was actually cracked (conspicuous) through the center of the tread, and not cupped. I had a Michelin dealer replace the tire but am disappointed an unsafe tire was actually put on the front of our car with no suggestion of having it replaced nor mention of its condition. Brent Wolf was very patient with me and always conducted himself courteously and professionally... Not sure, but I think they write their own customer satisfaction reviews? More

My Sales Professional, Manny Tellez was very attentive to my needs and what I had to say and he made the entire experience of purchasing the vehicle that I love so much within the financial parameters that I had a superb experience. I also want special recognition to go to Brent Woff as well. He is my Service Representative. He went above and beyond the tour of duty in taking care of some service needs on the vehicle but also to professionally explain the service opportunities and responsibilities that will make for my ownership of my Volvo C-70 a continuous outstanding pleasurable experience. I would also like to commend Scott Pottier the Sales Manager who worked very hard to make the financial arrangements a reality. More

Used Car Purchase My son and I had been all over Tucson looking for a replacement for my newly totaled car, when we arrived at Volvo of Tucson we were promptly met my M My son and I had been all over Tucson looking for a replacement for my newly totaled car, when we arrived at Volvo of Tucson we were promptly met my Mr. Don Niles. He was very patient listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He took us on a test drive for a vehicle I had seen on line and after the drive he showed me a vehicle similar to my previous car (a hard top convertible). After test driving the C70 hardtop convertible I was sold. There were a few sticking points on my end but Don and the staff at Volvo of Tucson never gave up and got me into what I consider to be one of the finest cars I have ever owned. The service and dedication of Don and the others was just top notch. When it comes time for another vehicle (NOT giving up my C70) my first stop will be to see Don.
