Best Car buying experience I've had. I originally called about a used ford hybrid to check on availability, I was told that the vehicle was no longer available and my salesman asked what I originally called about a used ford hybrid to check on availability, I was told that the vehicle was no longer available and my salesman asked what I was looking for at what price, and within minutes was given an option that I would have never even thought of owning. I took several days to research the VW Golf TDI and decided to give the vehicle a test. Once I arrived at the dealer I was introduced to Teresha which made me feel very welcome and comfortable. We went on a test drive and everything was very pleasant, at no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable with the typical Vulcher like salesmen. The price was straight forward and under KBB pricing. If I enjoy this VDUB as much as I've been told I will Vorderman VW will be the first place we go to trade in the Wife's Kia. If you want great service call and ask for Teresha, I can't imagine she will let you down. More

Ignored Car I wanted was listed in their inventory on their website when I left my house in Decatur this past Saturday (June 30, 2018). I get halfway through Fort Wayne and the car was gone from their inventory list, totally my kinda luck. I get to the lot and it was nowhere to be found confirming it was definitely gone. Now obviously I can't blame Vorderman for that, but what I am upset about is the fact that I was expecting a salesman to make an effort and talk to me & see what kind of deal we could make on a similar Jetta. I was there 20 minutes on the lot in the heat without so much of a "hello" from anyone. I'll just take my business elsewhere that'll want it. More
