It was the best dealer experience we have had in our 40+ years of purchasing New Vehicles. Jay Melcher was our salesman and he had a very professional attitude and a personality that made you feel very much relaxed and comfortable. We had to trade two vehicles in for one with good gas mileage and a good warranty. I have a terminal illness and I wanted my Wife not to have to deal with car problems. After owning 4 Volkswagens in the past, I knew it would be the best choice when it comes to quality and reliability. The entire staff went above and beyond to help us get to where we wanted to be. They made it easy and convenient to buy a car!! I found a car online and live 2 hours away...in a pinch for time, I asked Caril the saleswomen to deliver the Passat to me in Kalamazoo. Awesome and fun car buying experience. We test drove two different cars one evening with Dennis. It was a great time no pressure. Dennis is actually a pretty funny guy. He told us to call or text any time with questions and said he was off the next day but would be more than happy to help. The next day I texted him an offer and to make a long story short I purchased a car through text messaging. Lol. A few days latter we met wih him again and picked up the car. Once again it was very laid back and fun. Naomi and Dennis worked hard to get us in and out. Naomi answered all of our questions and was good to work with too. She tried to get Dennis to put on a Chicken costume! Dennis made sure to answer any additional questions and demo some of the neat stuff like VW Carnet. It was a great experience I only wish I could afford to buy another car from Dennis. I have been getting my cars serviced at Vorderman's for several years. I usually deal with Larry Carter and have learned to trust him with our vehicles needs. I give him and the service department five stars. They've always taken care of our needs and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions. The service department is one of the main reasons we purchased our eighth VW. I was amazed how fast the dealer transfer process was handled. I was introduced to the entire team and feel I had a very good group of people working hard to make sure everything went perfect, and it did. From the moment I first contacted Ron Blum, he has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a tough customer with tons of questions and he provided me with more than what I needed to make a good decision on the purchase of my new VW. This car has a ton of "bells and whistles" that I have never had before. Ron took time to thoroughly go through every component of the vehicle and help me get Bluetooth setup correctly. I've only had the car for a two weeks and I feel I pretty much have everything learned by now. However, I know that if I ever have a question, I now know I have several new friends at the dealership, that will take time out of there day to answer any questions I may have. It was apparent that the entire staff is really passionate about VW's, from the cars to the owners and fanatics. These guys just love what they do and it shows from a buyers perspective.
