Great buying experience, low pressure and extremely friendly Walked in and Dennis picked up right away that I was already a VW enthusiast; that meant he didn't hassle or bug me with silly sales pitches, but inst Walked in and Dennis picked up right away that I was already a VW enthusiast; that meant he didn't hassle or bug me with silly sales pitches, but instead waited until I had any questions and then simply answered them. It was VERY low pressure and he was relaxed and easy to chat with. He didn't insist upon a ride-along test drive which made me feel more relaxed about testing out the car. The entire process was quick, painless, and full of nice joke-filled non-awkward idle conversation when waiting around at various times (credit check, paperwork, etc). Both Dennis and Naomi stayed after-hours to finish the deal and explained in great detail everything about the loan, warranty, agreements, etc. Couldn't have had a better buying experience! More

rude,untrustworthy I talked on the phone with a man named ron we spoke several timesover a 2 day period and i thought my boyfriend and I had plans to go look at and buy I talked on the phone with a man named ron we spoke several timesover a 2 day period and i thought my boyfriend and I had plans to go look at and buy a jetta the night before we went i got a phone call from the dealer he said another person was looking at the car at 9 am i didnt understand that cause we had spoke several times that day and he had not said anything til last minute we would have been there that day if he would have told us i called is co worker that morning he was very nice about it i told him about my experiance and i thought that was it later that day the dealer Ron calls me he was loud and sounded angry he said he didnt understand why i upset i tried to tell him if we would have know someone else was looking at the car we would have been there yesterday since we talked at 9am 11am and 2 pm i asked him to call me back in 30 min he stated he had a doctors appointment and would call us when it was over we did not talk again til 6pm that night from his personal cell then he mentioned the other people coming we had plenty of time to go get the car but we waited for his phone call i think he did not want someone else to make the sale while he was at the docs it was wrong of him to call me again and tell me i had no right to be mad he didnt understand why i was upset and then rudely tell me good luck and hang up very unfriendly man we had our eye on two other cars at their lot but there is NO WAY im talking to that man Ron again More
