better vehicle knowledge for your sales people Overall experience was very good. My only issue is when I was being shown the vehicle I asked if it was AWD of FWD and was told it was AWD. Only to find out after I brought it home that it was FWD. I don't believe the sale person was being purposely dishonest, just wasn't knowledgeable and he guessed incorrectly. My bad for not catching it earlier. That is why my overall experience was low. More

When asked about using certain types of tech with the android auto, he was not able to answer. he gave the sales answer, yeah no problem. when I was looking for specific model with rigid features, from my point of view Hyundai dealers in the area were not really willing to work with VOSS on this. in the end, I like the vehicle I purchased and as long as the technology continues to improve and the value is there I will purchase another Hyundai in the future. it is disappointing that Hyundai does not support the use of windows phones for the apps on the equipment. I understand the completion is using mirror link to connect with them. even though the only name I recall from the experience is my sales person as I have his card, everyone I interacted with was exemplary. More
