When the new model was announced, I went right to Voss after they had taken care of a small concern on my prior vehicle to talk about the ease of getting into a new model. Greg Trefz, my salesperson, and Jeff Tarzinski, the General Sales Manager, went above and beyond from the first introduction to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable with the purchase process. There was never any pressure for me to buy the vehicle or make a decision on the spot. Since I wanted a combination that they did not have in their inventory, they looked for my vehicle and tracked it down, had it delivered to the dealership, and got me exactly what I wanted without hassle.
