I was not pleased as my service took much longer than expected. My inspection sticker was left blank and my oil life sensor not reset, leaving me worried if the oild change was prefored. Although everyth expected. My inspection sticker was left blank and my oil life sensor not reset, leaving me worried if the oild change was prefored. Although everything on my car passed inspection, when the car was returned to W&L have the sticker filled out my car was re-inspected for a sound I reported prior t9 the original 'passed' inspection. I was this time told I need a new strut and an alignment together costing almost 1 grand. To make matters worse I had to eat the gas cost for my car being valet from my work to W&L and back when it was the fault of W&L that my car had to go back in. More
