The seats are comfortable, snacks are available, and before you know it, our car is ready. It is always nice to see our salesman Ken again and catch up. He remembers each of the cars we've purchased from him. It's also nice to see Kevin and hear about the new options coming out with the new models. There are many dealerships, but she m My experience with W&L started with Donna Gallo responding to a search for a Subaru in proximity to Lock Haven. There are many dealerships, but she made sure that W&L reached me first. I was corresponding from VA, in advance of a move to PA, and she stayed in touch over several months, before I came up to the dealership, and set me up with Angela McCormick before I got there. In the meantime (of course), several other dealerships were also trying to get my business. Meeting with Angela for the final car selection and test drive, and ultimately Robert to take care of the financing, the experience was positive all the way around. My former car insurance is not licensed in PA, and Angela assisted in helping me connect with an agent to complete that part of my move. All the way around, W&L met my needs in car buying, and in assisting with details that were part of my overall move. More
