Hi George. Have you looked closely at your paperwork? Your bill of sale that you signed says the price of the car (before taxes and tags) was $33400. Your window sticker lists the MSRP as $36754. So we gave you a total discount of $3354. For your convenience, you can view your bill of sale as well as our invoice here (https://www.flickr.com/photos/92035321@N06/albums/72157710870808027). If you look closely at the invoice, not only did you pay well less than the MSRP, you also paid less than our invoice. Even with taxes and tags, your total was $35,063, well less than the MSRP. Hi Diane, we appreciate your feedback, as we are always looking to improve our pricing strategies. Rest assured, we charge the same thing regardless of the customer's gender. To be sure that was the case, I personally reviewed your bill, and you actually received a 10% discount off of the normal price. The reason Service didn't know the answer to your question is that Parts is the department that sells the bottles of oil, not Service, and Service does not have access to the system Parts uses for pricing. Service should have transferred your husband to Parts, though, and I am sorry they did not. I sent you a detailed email outlining the numbers, including the price of a quart of oil.
