Excellent Service When we stopped at W & L I wasn't looking to buy a Subaru. After seeing the new look of the Forester and the price I decided to take 1 for a drive. Mike Rorke was an excellent salesman to work with and we made a deal right then. Shaunda was very helpful with paperwork the next day when we picked it up. Two weeks later we had some questions regarding the extended warranty we bought and Shaunda explained everything thoroughly. We are very happy with everything about the Forester and with the service we got at W & L. We will recommend them to everyone. More

Excellent! They were immediately attentive to my needs. I came in with an intermittent air conditioning issue. They asked all the right questions. The wait was brief and comfortable. It was determined that I came in with an intermittent air conditioning issue. They asked all the right questions. The wait was brief and comfortable. It was determined that Subaru was aware of the problem and had produced a part to correct this issue. The part was ordered and expedited and I was offered a loaner if the problem was unbearable until the time the part arrived. It was installed about a week later. I was offered a loaner during the installation time so I could go on about my busy day. I have always been very satisfied with this dealership and their service department and would recommend them to anyone. More

I was very disappointed to find that a tire I felt was defective at the time I purchased my car was not prorated when Everyone was great to deal with. I also felt extremely uncomfortable when I found that FOX News was on the TV in the waiting area. Something more neutral would have been appreciated.
