bought a certified used car yesterday Great service from Becky Kline in Sales and Shunda Snyder in Closing. This experience was similar to that of others who were also waiting that day. The amount of time needed seemed excessive and is consistent with other times I've had vehicles in for service. More

In the years that I have been coming here, I have never met anyone - from service personnel, to receptionists, to financial personnel, to salespeople, that have not been welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
