W&L Subaru - Service Center

I wouldn't have found w/o Tim June 23, 2020 had appointment for recall. Took Impreza to dealership. Recall and additional service I requested was done in a very short time. Serv June 23, 2020 had appointment for recall. Took Impreza to dealership. Recall and additional service I requested was done in a very short time. Service Area staff did offer any assistance. I received and paid my bill and went out. When I left the building my Impreza was not to be seen. Employee Tim came forward to help. He knew where to find the Impreza and asked me to "wait in the shade". He returned shortly with the A/C running for my comfort. My thanks to Tim! More

The staff is pleasant and helpful. Service was good.
