overall efficient experience Quick turnaround, was in for 2 recalls and ended up getting spark plugs changed and 2 air filters. Done in under 4 hours. Easy in and out, efficient and friendly staff, overall a very good experience. Only negative would be rate for labor 2 filters and 4 spark plugs being changed cost me almost $300 in labor. I could of asked labor cost when they called and didn't, that's on me but was surprised labor is so high, especially when it was only in shop for 3 1/2 hours total and a portion of that time should have gone to recall items (rear coil springs being replaced being 1 of the recalls). More

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to drop off my car and it was complete in a couple hours. I also appreciated how all associated from my service coordinator to the lady at the check out to the othe car and it was complete in a couple hours. I also appreciated how all associated from my service coordinator to the lady at the check out to the other gentlemen working were pleasant showing excellent customer service. Then top it off I get my inspection and my car wash for free. Wow! What great service! I am sorry I dont remember the names of the excellent people I worked with. I cant exit this without marking a person so I put Kyle since that is who sold me my car and I never got to rate him. More
