I want to support this business It was my first time at this dealership and the person handling my customer service was not customer first. I made an appointment and it took 45 minut It was my first time at this dealership and the person handling my customer service was not customer first. I made an appointment and it took 45 minutes longer than quoted. It wad explained that it was due to the walk in traffic. This is disappointing, then do not have a scheduling feature. I missed an important meeting. Additionally if the service person recognizes I had an appointment and things were running slow they could have explained that to me when I checked in. Maybe gave options. Some kind of thoughtful customer service would have been great. I have always went to Subaru dealers for the work on my car and now I likely will change, why go out of the way for average customer service. This experience is not what I have experienced at all other Subaru dealers. More
I found it very interesting that my car goes for service to W&L and the technician Called to tell me my seat was broken said it wouldn’t pass safety inspection. Then the next week my car goes for an alignme to W&L and the technician Called to tell me my seat was broken said it wouldn’t pass safety inspection. Then the next week my car goes for an alignment, and a different technician calls when I ask about the seat, he doesn’t know about the seat, can’t answer the questions about the seat that I had already asked via text message (the reason he called in the first place) and then tells me that the car would still pass safety inspection without the 1500$ repair. Let’s communicate, and let’s also not try to take advantage of our customers. I thought transferring from Blaise Alexander would be an improvement but now I’m questioning for sure. More

When I made service appt, I asked for wiper blades to be installed and was told he would put this on request. I was told this would be a 15 minute procedure- changing Pcv valve under recall.
