low tire pressure warning W and L was awesome! Tire pressure warning light came on, I checked pressure and filled with air, and then 24 hours alter pressure light was back on. W and L was awesome! Had appointment in Northumberland and just stopped in at the dealership without a scheduled appointment. Car safety is important to me and they checked out my car ASAP. They found all tires were low on air and one tire had a nail in it. They plugged the nail hole and put all tires at appropriate tire pressure . Wonderful experience. Amazing staff. More

Great scheduled service & bonus @ W&L Collision Center. As always great service by courteous and highly professional technicians counter staff and office personnel. Afterward, an unexpected surprise when w As always great service by courteous and highly professional technicians counter staff and office personnel. Afterward, an unexpected surprise when we stopped by the collision center and a body and fender expert was able to push out a dent in the lower corner of passenger side of our rear bumper in less than 15 minutes and at no charge. Unless you see it up close you could hardly tell that it was there. So it was repaired well enough for our 2012 Outback that is now 8 years old. Also, since our auto has only 70,000 miles and our warranty expired just a few months ago, we decided to purchase a 4-year, 60,000-mile extended warranty from Mark before you closed yesterday. Thank you all for everything! More

The best Dealership I’ve ever encountered. I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even tho I have been very pleased with W&L. I’ve had a couple issues with the used car I purchased from them and they have met me full-on every time; even though it was either outside of the initial warranty they gave for the car, or wasn’t included in it at all. The management I’ve worked with are of the highest caliber. Can’t say enough about theIr kindness and professionalism.. Thank you Mike, Greg and Roy; I am very grateful. Also, a shout-out to Andy who I have not met, but was Instrumental in getting a repair done for me that the extended warranty company initially denied my claim for.
