I usually feel bored and anxious while waiting for a car diagnosis, similar to that feeling one has in an emergency room when waiting for a doctor to appear, but getting my Subaru serviced is now not to be dreaded! Electrical reoccurring problem I had an issue with my dashboard lights coming on and then certain things would not work ( cruise , emergency brake etc). It has been fixed ( or trie I had an issue with my dashboard lights coming on and then certain things would not work ( cruise , emergency brake etc). It has been fixed ( or tried to be fixed ) many times. I was charged for different parts that were not the cause and the issue would return. The car was good since the last service for about 4 months and it happened again. This time it was under warranty ( fortunately after about 1500$). The service dept has always been nice and has given me a courtesy car. More

re-calibrate eyesight after windshield replacement Had to have the windshield replaced on 2016 Outback. Installer (Safelite) stated that eyesight system should be "re-calibrated". Appointment made wi Had to have the windshield replaced on 2016 Outback. Installer (Safelite) stated that eyesight system should be "re-calibrated". Appointment made without difficulty at W&L Subaru. Calibration completed in an hour or less. I cannot rate "Quality of Work" properly below since I have no idea what the re-calibration entails - only that service adviser said that the procedure is "complicated"" No parts needed to be replaced. More
