Worth the trip We travel about about a hour and 15 minutes to get to W&L . The facility is clean, has treats for people and furry friends. routine maintainence Service was done quickly and efficiently. pulled in the garage door and was met by service personnel. they already knew what service was scheduled. wa Service was done quickly and efficiently. pulled in the garage door and was met by service personnel. they already knew what service was scheduled. waited in waiting room, took less time then we were quoted. were told tires needed replaced, very unhappy original tires only lasted 17,500 miles but they gave us a good quote for new ones. Excellent Its almost unbelievable how good the service was. I like being able to drive the car into the garage and being accomodated by a service attendent. The one thing that would make it better would be if you could meet the mechanic on significant issues. So the mechanic and customer connnect. But then, I haven't had anything go wrong with my Subaru...just regular maintenance. More
