Jessica Allen was just a real sweetheart and so helpful and was not pushy at all. She was soooo patient with me and my daughter and made us feel like no question was a bad question no matter how many time and was not pushy at all. She explained things so well and I was waiting for my insurance check and she knew I wanted to get the car as soon as the check came in. She had Tuesdays off and she said if the check comes then on that day call me and I will come in and you can get it. She didn't have to come in on her day off because the check didn't come in that day but who does that. She goes over and above the call of duty at her job just to help me out. I love my 2022 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid and it makes for an even sweeter ride at getting 4.49% financing through Toyota. Hope you have a Smiley Face Toyota Day-I Am-Patty Akin:) More
