I enjoyed my salesperson Jessica and all went great until I had to go into the Finance office with Tim Everson. He was insistent I buy the extended warranty and I refused 4 times and he got disgusted-mad I had to go into the Finance office with Tim Everson. I walked into Waite Toyota knowing exactly what I wanted - a mid-level trim 2019 Highlander. Matt Spencer got me exactly what I wanted. At other dealerships I've been jerked around, made to test drive ne - a mid-level trim 2019 Highlander. Matt Spencer got me exactly what I wanted. At other dealerships I've been jerked around, made to test drive new cars before they'd show me the one I wanted, I've been jerked around on trade in value, I've been bated and switched on interest rates... Not at Waite Toyota. They got me exactly what I wanted at a great price. I highly recommend salesman Matt Spencer and I had a great experience with Matt Saunders in finance. They're a great group of people to do business with. More

We have dealt with Waites for 50 years, yes you heard that right, we just bought 2 cars and have another on the way as soon as it is built and shipped! A venza, a highlander and a Corolla Cross!
