It was amazing how efficient they were. Much of sale was handled over the phone. We live two hours away and when we arrived there it took about a half-hour to complete the sale including going over the basi handled over the phone. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. I almost felt like they didn’t care if I purchased or not, which made me more comfortable. The purchase was seamless. All was great until I had emergency surgery and on my way home I had to sit in the back seat- the handle on the ceiling was broken and fixed with scotch tape. While I missed this when looking at the vehicle it was really upsetting that a safety feature like this was overlooked. More
