I bought my car from Waite Toyota during the covid-19 epidemic. This was the best experience at buying a vehicle that I have ever had. I thought I was offering a great deal to Waite. I had a truck that I took very good care of for nine years bought it at Waite. When I went to trade I told them (Waite) it had a recall on the frame I had a truck that I took very good care of for nine years bought it at Waite. When I went to trade I told them (Waite) it had a recall on the frame talked MaGuire, Toyota into calling headquarters because I had a couple broken leaf springs so all that came back to them replacing leaf springs too. One owner original, 85k miles solid replaced the Air Conditioner $1800.00. They only offered me 10.5k tradein and wouldn't negotiate the price further. I am buying a $33,150 vehicle and asked for 10% taken off the original price I never pay full retail for any new truck. (Manager) said no to it bringing price down. Little disappointed brought a great truck in and then manager wouldn't see my side to it. Maybe go to Driver Village in Syracuse next time! Not Satisfied with end result bit my tongue for salesman. Good Guy Bye to coming in next time. More
