Not your average sale There are not enough good things I can say about our experience with Jon Keggins. From the first time stepping on the lot he made us feel comfortable. There are not enough good things I can say about our experience with Jon Keggins. From the first time stepping on the lot he made us feel comfortable. One thing I hate about car shopping is helicopter intense sales people. Jon had a low pressure attitude but was highly attentive and answered whatever questions we had. Thank goodness. Hybrids are not ease to find in our area and the only one on the lot was a color I did not particularity desire. Jon looked and found a beautiful one that was to be built and told us the process of getting that one once complete. Time was not an issue so the wait was no problem. Jon kept us informed while we waited and let us know when there were any changes in the time line, for better or worse. In little under a month the car was ready to pick up and I must say was well worth the wait. Our circumstance was a bit different for which I will not go into full length but Jon was amazing at making sure all of our paperwork was complete ahead of time and if there was any more information that was needed he contacted us plenty of time in advance. If we happen to need another car in the future we will definitely head back to Jon and recommend all our friends his way. More

The Catch Great vehicle...however, the incentives we were quoted for the purchase price of the vehicle were not what they seemed. We were quoted $1,500.00 in in Great vehicle...however, the incentives we were quoted for the purchase price of the vehicle were not what they seemed. We were quoted $1,500.00 in incentives and it wasn't until we had spent several hours at the dealership and finalizing our deal that it was brought to our attention that we needed to finance through Toyota finance in order to qualify for the incentives. We should have walked away but my wife loved the vehicle. So when you add in the finance charge etc...we ended up with a little over $900.00 in incentives. We did get a fair deal on our trades and Chuck our salesman, kept us informed. I did not appreciate the automated call back system...to impersonal for a small dealership. More
