Do not know what to believe Have been a customer for years on end. When it came time for our daughter to get a vehicle so that she can go back and forth to college, My wife and Have been a customer for years on end. When it came time for our daughter to get a vehicle so that she can go back and forth to college, My wife and I went to Waldorf Ford to see what they had. We found a used [1 year old] Ford Focus and thought it would be ok. We signed the paper work and received certifications that the vehicle was gone over and everything was checked out ok and in good working order. My daughter goes up to Towson, MD for college and the Ford Focus over heats. HUH? We tell her to take it to a Ford dealer up there to have it looked at. The small "interior" radiator was shot, the oil needed to be changed, the air filter was "packed", the interior filter was bad, on and on and on and on. I talked to the mechanic up in Towson and he swore that everything needed to be fixed. I told him to hold off and I contacted Waldorf Ford to find answers, but they swore that everything was fine. Now, here I am between a rock and a hard place trying to decide if Waldorf Ford did NOT service the vehicle as stated or was the mechanic up in Towson lying. So now, I am very hesitant to have any work done at Waldorf Ford or buy any vehicles because I do not know what to believe nor trust them anymore. More
Used Car customer service the worst I had the worst experience after I bought my use f-150 2011. I had the vehicle for 8 months that's when it was discovered that the front brake pads we I had the worst experience after I bought my use f-150 2011. I had the vehicle for 8 months that's when it was discovered that the front brake pads were put on wrong. I never had pads put on and why would I after having the vehicle for so short of time. The service department discovered the issue. So I figured I would talk to the sales people from the use car side were I bought the vehicle. Wrong.....the service manager Jay Wedding was the worst person I had ever had to deal with. After a brief going back and forth about the issue. I asked him for the original inspection for the used vehicle to see if the brakes were legally inspected before I bought the truck. What do you no all of a no one has that paperwork. That made me believe something underhanded was done. I gave him a day to have that paperwork, Next day nothing and on top of that he refused to do anything about the problem I had with the truck. Did not want to talk to me anymore about it. All he said was "I can not help you". WOW after buying a $33,000 dollar vehicle I had to deal with this. The only person that worked with me was the service manager. He worked with me and I really appreciate that guy. No need to say I will NEVER EVER buy another vehicle Ford used car side again. They suck. But I will continue taking my truck for service. More

Purchase of new Truck I was not in a hurry to purchase a new truck but my salesman stuck with my slow progress. Finally, the dealership lowered the price (online) to what I was not in a hurry to purchase a new truck but my salesman stuck with my slow progress. Finally, the dealership lowered the price (online) to what I wanted to pay so the salesman contacted me. We worked out the price and made the deal. The deal included a $500. rebate for 6.5% financing (that I didn't know about) but my salesman knew of my willingness to find better financing at 1.9%. Bottom line, when we went to the finance dept. they added the $500. back in to the purchase price. This should of never been allowed and I should of walked out the door. I was there to honor the deal made at the salesman's desk with the manager, not by me chipping away at the price or adding to it. For that act of crap, the dealership was completely wrong. My truck was not washed very well either, meaning the top had not been touched by soap and water. The salesman cleaned it with some other cleaner. I would only recommend the dealership because of the overall price. More

Maryland let me know that it was an emissions inspection that I needed $14, versus the $105 State inspection. Ross at the dealership said he gave me what I asked for so he never looked to check. Wow, yet he did do an inspection and tell me that I need $800 worth of repairs, but when I called back 24 hours later he had not called to confirm my warranty information. I can see that Waldorf and Ross only look at things where they can make a buck, no care and concern about the customer. It was my first and last visit to Waldorf Ford. Service department during my visit was pretty unfriendly in general. No smiles, not greetings, just an uncomfortable experience More

I am extremely happy with the Ford Escape 2010 I bought 1 1/2 years ago. I bring the car in for maintenance even though I'm about an hour away from the dealership. Each time I have brought the car in wheth 1/2 years ago. I bring the car in for maintenance even though I'm about an hour away from the dealership. Each time I have brought the car in whether it was for warranty work or oil change/rotate tires I am very satisifed with the work and the service personnel. More
