Not honest as far as what service needed to be done. Chris said I needed to have the timing belt replaced but it showed on Carfax that it had been done at 80,000 miles by the dealer in VA. I’m just very unhappy with the lack of communication from Tony regarding a loaner vehicle. I missed work and school and no one will compensate me for my time lost at work nor compensate me for classes missed Tony regarding a loaner vehicle. Recently had some recall/warranty work done our ‘23 Odyssey. The communication from the service managers were lacking. They send you a message that allows you to text them questions about the status of Odyssey. The communication from the service managers were lacking. They send you a message that allows you to text them questions about the status of your vehicle. Unfortunately, they don’t respond. Also, the techs moved my gear around in the back of our van, leaving our floor jack pressed up against the back of our leather seats. Also, when they installed the rubber seals around the back door, they failed to install them correctly. The plastic body panels were pinching the leading edge of the seals, essentially allowing water to enter. It just seems like their focus is to crank out more jobs thru out the day, not necessarily treat their customers’ vehicles with respect. The only saving grace about this dealership is the salesman, Guillermo. More
