Had two issues for Waldorf Honda: a recall notice situation and a broken clip on a section of rear wheel well moulding. The broken clip wasn't replaced as evidenced by the invoice. Looks like the broken was straightened out and reused. The recall repair: my vehicle was waiting for me in general disarray and dirty. A plastic piece from somewhere was on the floor by the rear seats. Eventually figured out where it went. A piece of something broken near a second row seat rack; not sure what to do there. Plastic seat protector left in vehicle wrapped around driver's seat headrest. And greasy smudge marks everywhere that I cleaned up. Stuff stored in rear compartment found on the floor in the cabin. Bottom line: it appears the technician finished the task, but didn't finish the job. After owning five Hondas, I'm hard pressed to consider Honda again. Looking to downsize vehicles, but looking elsewhere for my next set of "wheels." More
