Bernard was great! He was patient and ensured that I was not at the dealership any longer than I had to be. My only disappointment was when I went to retrieve my car and noticed it had not been vacuumed at all and the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat was still inside for ME to trash. I have been to 3 different Honda service departments and never had this done. We pay a lot to get our cars serviced, the least Honda can do is wash, vacuum, and not leave trash inside our vehicle. My car was at Honda for over 2 weeks for service because issues occurred. I was told it was ready came down and it wouldn’t start. It was there a week before and everything was fine.
