The service department recommended more service than the car needed. We did less than was recommended and the car is fine. However, When the service department replaced my plugs and I picked up the car, a car needed. We did less than was recommended and the car is fine. However, When the service department replaced my plugs and I picked up the car, all warning lights were still on. I took my car to my mechanic and he found that the service department did not plug one of the plugs into the coil pack. Upon return for the door part, I informed Bernard and he could have cared less that the technicians did not perform their job successfully. There seems to be no quality assurance that the job is done correctly. I also received a cryptic message when my door part came in and I texted back and got no reply. When I called to see if the part came in, I was referred to the parts department and then transferred to the service department but they hung up on me. I called back and waited 20 minutes and then hung up and called back. After 13 minutes the service department answered and the girl wanted to argue with me regarding the time I waited instead of listening to me. If I had gotten better service, I would have bought a brand new car from the dealer. Instead, me a loyal Honda owner went next door and bought a brand new Toyota. More
