I really appreciated the simplicity and ease of getting service even if I'm early for my appointment. Bernard was great, he totally understood my situation and made me feel good about what needed to be do service even if I'm early for my appointment. Bernard was great, he totally understood my situation and made me feel good about what needed to be done. I also really appreciated the text communication yo keep me posted. He told me how long the wait would be and the wait wasn't long at all. I feel good bringing my car in for service. More
