You turn around and tell me y'all have loaner vehicles and financing available for repairs. I get there yesterday morning and you don't have a loaner vehicle for me. I had to pay over $50 for an Uber to work. You call me back and say it's $5310 to fix my car. I wasn't approved for financing even though Chris said nobody gets turned down. I get to the dealership and you don't tell me about a multi point inspection to charge me $160. I had to drive my car to another mechanic and Uber back home from there. And to top it off y'all had my car parked behind the building. More

The other staff member then came and manually opened the garage door. Some inexperience driver could have rammed into your garage door. She definitely needs safety training. Paid $2,250 for a timing belt fix with oil change and calibration but my oil percentage still displays 20% oil and no next oil change sticker. Waldorf Honda has done all of my services and oil changes so calibration but my oil percentage still displays 20% oil and no next oil change sticker.
