The service department upcharged the maintenance I came in for, doing more work than what was requested. On their multipoint inspection they told me I needed to change a timing belt (which was changed the in for, doing more work than what was requested. However, they did not notice the oil that was due to be changed or the spark plugs, that were also due for replacement- according to the maintenance reminders on the dashboard! This was my first time at this dealership, and I won’t ever return. I’ll drive farther for a better experience. More
