I had an appointment scheduled with Shawna. When I arrived she was busy so I went out looking. I was then called to the front and when I arrived they said she had just gotten back but she was still wi arrived she was busy so I went out looking. I was then called to the front and when I arrived they said she had just gotten back but she was still with another customer. They said Robin could help me, I tried to politely say I would wait for Shawna. I felt I had no choice and was pushed into being helped by Robin who got my papers from Shawna. I was turned off because Robin was not wearing a mask, she had a shield that she took off as soon as I went into her office. I honestly wanted to leave as soon as I she did that. Once my husband got into the meeting she said she couldn’t hear him through the mask and got within a couple of inches of his face again without any mask or shield on. We tried to discuss a couple of factors with her but honestly I didn’t want to deal with her. I don’t particularly appreciate being handed off to another sales person when I have an appointment with someone and especially someone who has no respect for someone else health and well-being. I have leased two cars, was trying to get another and usually recommend Walker Ford to others. I don’t think I will be back though. More

They treat me very good, Amy is the service writer and she’s the best, I love her! Never had a problem, then doing business with them since 1957! What more could you want!
