AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I got my new Edge 2 days ago, and am still reeling at how easy the experience was. I worked with Ivey Thigpen, Jay Wright, and Mickey Alperstein and I NEVER felt like I was dealing with the car dealer that typically cannot be trusted...They explained everything very thoroughly, they made sure my needs were met and they couldn't have been more friendly. I sure felt like one of the family!! I would HIGHLY recommend Walker Ford! I would also say that while I haven't driven a ford for a while, I LOVE my new Edge! Thank you Walker Ford, and especially Ivey Thigpen!!! More

The exact type of Dealership I was looking for. We could not have selected a better dealership than Walker Ford. Prior to visiting Walker Ford we had visited 4 other dealerships, including two For We could not have selected a better dealership than Walker Ford. Prior to visiting Walker Ford we had visited 4 other dealerships, including two Ford dealerships. Manager Bill Gordon put us into the hands of Mike Simmons a seasoned salesperson who was not only knowledgeable about the product we were exploring, but sincere, down-ta-earth and without pushing us into an uncomfortable corner. Mike initially answered all our questions regarding two models we were considering. This enabled my wife and I to focus in on a single model that would fulfill our needs. We returned to Walker Ford to test drive the vehicle that we now knew would likely meet our goals. Once again, Mike Simmons guided us through the features of that vehicle. After our 'test drive' we returned to the office and now enters Sales Manager Bill Gordon who presented us with a generous trade-in value for our 15 year old BMW. My wife and I had the feeling that both Mike and Bill were willing to allow us to return to other dealers to compare their brand models to the Ford Escape. However, I already knew that the sales people we had met at those dealerships lacked the knowledge of their product and more importantly, were not sincere in their delivery. Therefore, we could not see ourselves wasting our time with other product or dealerships. We are completely satisfied with our decision to purchase our American Made Ford Escape from Walker Ford.
