I was shown two cars based on the details of what I was looking for and both were outstanding. I had been in contact with 5 other Ford dealerships in the area and by far the service here was outstanding. They thoroughly explained all the costs of the car and offered me a better deal than I was expecting based on my other inquiries. The financing was extremely proficient and easy and from arriving on the lot to driving home- I was there for 2.5 hours. Loved that it did not take all day. The service manager greeted me while I was there and explained that I would get three free oil changes the first year and the tires rotated each time. I had already checked their reviews on line and found the service dept has the best reviews in the area. I am confident that now that I have bought my new car that I can count on the great service to continue . I am 53 years old and bought lots of new cars but never have I had such a great experience buying a car. I own a business and from here on - my business and personal cars will be bought at Walker Ford. Thank you !! More

We were met by Rodger Danbury, and even though my husband told him that we would not be purchasing a vehicle that day, Rodger still took the time to show me everything that my desired 2012 Ford Explorer was capable of doing. He showed us how to flip the third row seats into three different configurations; how to use the navigation, audio system, dashboard controls, steering wheel controls, sunroof/panoramic screen, etc; and how to re-configure the rear camera angle. There isn't a single option available on the 2012 Ford Explorer that Rodger didn't show us how to use. As my husband and I departed Walker Ford that afternoon, Rodger shook our hands, wished us a good rest of our day and told us that he hoped we would choose Walker Ford when we finally decided it was time to buy a car. Truth be told, had we not had such a good initially experience, we probably would not have returned as soon as we did to purchase a vehicle. My husband and I returned to Walker Ford yesterday afternoon to purchase that 2012 Ford Explorer. Rodger made sure that all paperwork was completed correctly, that our final price fit within our set budget, and that we had an overall pleasant car buying experience. With that being said, when we got to the finance office, we were met by the ever-so jovial Mr. Mickey Alperstein. Mickey kept the mood light, made sure we were happy with the financing, searched around for a better rate (on a Sunday evening), explained every question and concern we had, and made sure that every single detail of our financing was correct. This morning I received a follow-up phone call from Rodger to make sure we were happy with our purchase (as we had skipped over the test-drive yesterday), that the car handled well, and to let me know that he activated my - My Ford Sync account. This is the third used vehicle I have purchased, but after the experience I had at Walker Ford yesterday, you would have thought I had purchased a brand new vehicle. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle, my budgeted price point matched up with that of Walker Fords, and every single person we came into contact with during the car buying experience was genuinely pleasant to deal with. I will most certainly be recommending Walker Ford to all of my friends and family for their next vehicle purchase....and of course, our own vehicle purchases in the future. Brian Hall is the very best experienced salesman I have come across. I have purchased a dozen vehicles in the past several years and I have learned the game very well myself and have learned that it takes come across. My last two vehicles were 2 new Ford F150 Harley Davison trucks that I purchased together over the phone, never even going into an office except to sign the papers to purchase. Again may I say... Brian Hall has been the Very Best I have come across. I first walked in the Walker Ford dealership on a Friday morning and the first salesman Alexander, after working with me for just 5 min's walked away from me with a horrible attitude and refused to work with me any further. He just couldn't handle or couldn't understand a buyer who didn't fit into the normal control factors of a salesman, so he walked away with an angry mindset. I then was about to leave but I knew what I wanted so I went to the next salesman... luckily for both of us, it was Brian Hall. This man knew with his experience how to allow me to buy a car my way and on Sunday we closed the deal and I was extremely happy !!! I drove my new 2014 mustang home Sunday to give it to my wife.
