We walked to the new car lot and talked to Jim Andrews about a 2014. blue escape. He brought the car over by the showroom in the light so we could see it better. I thought that it was really classy. . He explained the features of the car, we test drove it and went to his office to go over pricing. He went over every detail of the pricing, and was very upfront about everything. He never got flustered or impatient with us and worked hard to get us the maximum for our trade and got the price that we were wanting on the car. He evened had to stay late on two occasions for us along with Mickey of the finance department. Who by the way got us the lowest possible interest rate We had not brought a car in a long time and weren't familiar with how shopping for price on a new car isn't really an option anymore. Since all Ford Dealerships are basically priced the same it comes down to getting the best customer service. We went back to Walker because of the excellent customer service we received.
