My circumstances were unexpected when my Ford Escape's engine died suddenly. Alexander was kind and helpful and I walked out with a brand new car. I was looking for a new Mustang so I visited Walker Ford's website and emailed the dealer about my trade, I recieved a quick response from Jim Andrews with his info so I called and spoke with him abou Ford's website and emailed the dealer about my trade, I recieved a quick response from Jim Andrews with his info so I called and spoke with him about the color and style I was looking for he then said he had one coming in so we started the negotiation on the phone Jim worked very hard with Harry to get me a great finance rate and Jim then Jim made sure he got me the best price possible and trust me I checked ! So we agreed to everything so my wife and I made an appointment to purchase the Car when we got there I heard the PA call Jim to the sales floor ( so I was thinking I was now in line) and he was waiting for us with a great welcome and then took me to the car that was fresh off the truck and already detailed ( it looked better in person) we then went to his office and he pulled up the computer screen and said I found you another $750 in rebates ( who does that we already agreed to a price) NICE! To make this long story short we were in and out in less than 1 hour! This was the BEST experience I have ever had with any dealer! Was on my way to Autonation Nissan to possibly buy Pathfinder, and decided to pull into Walker Ford on my way by. I really wanted a Ford Explorer or Edge, but couldn't seem to get the right deal or ri Pathfinder, and decided to pull into Walker Ford on my way by. I really wanted a Ford Explorer or Edge, but couldn't seem to get the right deal or right vehicle anywhere, so I was looking at Pathfinders. Walker Ford had the right vehicles, and Kevin Jewel made sure I got the right price as well. Needless to say, I missed my appointment at Autonation, and drove home in a new 2014 Explorer Limited! He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and no high pressure or playing numbers games like a lot to sales people do.
