My husband and I have been Ford customers for 35 years. In the last 10 years we have purchased 5 new Fords. Prior to my experience at Walker Ford on Friday, I purchased a Ford from a dealer in upstate NY In the last 10 years we have purchased 5 new Fords. Prior to my experience at Walker Ford on Friday, I purchased a Ford from a dealer in upstate NY, and after that experience I vowed to discontinue shopping for a Ford vehicle. My brother knew we were looking for another vehicle and how displeased we were with the last purchase and recommended Don Dithmer. He said regardless of what our prior experience was that Don would set the records straight, and my brother wouldn't take no for an answer. I am happy to say as a result we now own a new Ford, and our heart remains with Ford. The deal was made in a short period of time with great customer service and professionalism. In the future I will continue to shop at Walker. We have many friends moving to the Florida area and I will send business your way. I first went to a Ford dealer that was much closer to me. I wasn't at all comfortable with the entire experience. I called Walker Ford and they introduced me to David Manning. We talked a short while over the phone and just talking with him, I felt very comfortable, I went into Walker Ford, met with David. We went over what I was hoping to get, which was the 2013 Ford Escape. Agan I was very comfortable and I totally trusted him. Not only did he get me what I wanted, he got me so much more.
