My husband and I went to the 2013 Tampa Auto Show and saw the Ford Flex on display. After giving it much consideration we decided to buy one. We ordered our new car in December and picked it up in February. We were very pleased and excited to receive it. We have not been disappointed so far with anything. We were impressed with his no-pressure style as he gave us the figures for the deal. We wanted to see another van at another Ford dealer before we made up our mind and told Rodger we would let him know. He explained Walker Ford was a family owned business with experienced sales people and great overall customer satisfaction. When we arrived at the other Ford dealership we immediately could see what Rodger meant. The salesman had only been there for 6 months and the price for their similar van and our trade in credit was not near as good as Walker Ford's.
