Single female from Orlando who drove to Tampa to purchase a decent used car. I was stupid by thinking I would get a quality used car! Nothing but issues....never again will I buy from this dealership...I thought a nice family owned buiness would watch out for a lady who is trying to buy a decent reliable car, but when the car comes with so many problems how can I give Walker Ford a decent rating?? I bought a 2006 Mustang in May 2011 I wish I would have brought a mechanic with me and it would have saved me a lot of money. Within a couple of months engine light came on stating I had an evap leak. Walker Ford fixed it without a problem, sure enough a month later same problem and my engine light has been on ever since (finally went off today since it's probably burnt out)...fuel system is also a problem from the start when trying to put gas in it won't let you fill it all the way or when you can fill it the next day it says you're empty.... Tires were a problem, since decent ones were not on the car and now to get them off I need a key which of course they didn't give me or tell me about as I was driving away...So if I have a flat guess what? My car will have to be towed until I am able to take time from work to run to a local Ford dealer...In March of 2012 entire clutch system went out while I was driving on a busy road. Please keep in mind I barely had put 10k miles on the car so it only had about 48k miles on it when that happened. Apparently the previous owner didn't really know how to drive a manual transmission. I did not have the $1500.00 to pay the shop, so I had to beg, for the money so I could get to work. I also lost about $200.00 missing work from this whole clutch situation. I originally had my heart set on a Nissan 350Z, looking back I should have followed my heart. Everyone is very nice at the dealership, I even got some really good chocolate chip cookies as a thank you..However $13k is a lot of money to spend for smiles and cookies... More

Rodger Danbury helped me find the perfect car at the correct price, he even stuck around an extra 2 hours after his shift should have ended to help me deal with my credit union. Not once did Rodger act, speak, or push like your stereotypical dealership salesmen. It was an exceptional sales environment. When it came to paying for the car I had the pleasure of meeting Mickey "Mouse" Alperstein. He makes forking over your hard earned cash a painless process with his knowledge, efficacy, and sense of humor. It seemed like no time before I was sitting behind the wheel of my spiffy and fuel efficient Ford Fusion. I strongly recommend this dealer to anybody looking for an overall great experience. One piece of advice for when you visit Walker Ford for your next car, ask for Rodger Danbury for the best service. More

Kevin made the purchase process very easy and informative. As a sales rep, pharm, I get very irritated by sales people who "try" to use base sales patterns with me.
