I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus on October 15, 2011 from this dealership. I paid $25,500 (full sticker price) for the Ford Focus, Dealer Fee of $499 and received a rebate of $500. On November 18, 2011 o this dealership. I paid $25,500 (full sticker price) for the Ford Focus, Dealer Fee of $499 and received a rebate of $500. On November 18, 2011 on my way to work, my radio froze, and I took the car in to the dealership to address issue. On December 14, 2011, I took the car in to the dealership to address transmission (car was not shifting properly, it was hesitating and shuttering) and MyFord Touch issues (from Day 1 the system could not locate me to give traffic updates or directions, dropped phone, bad phone reception, etc.). On December 17, 2011 after running late morning and early afternoon errands, I backed my car out of the driveway, I put the car in drive, the car hesitated and had no power upon acceleration, and check engine light came on. On December 19, 2011, because I was afraid to drive the car, I had the car towed in to the dealership to address transmission/engine issues and MyFord Touch issues which, again, was not working. On December 21, 2011, after hearing “nothing found” and “no engine code issue was found in the system” and because I was afraid of the car and fearing that no power upon acceleration could/would occur again, I asked the dealership to take back the car and to purchase a new car. With 3900+ miles on the car, the 2012 Ford Focus was given a trade allowance of $17,111.54. We paid full sticker price for the Fusion -- $27,330.00, with a Dealer Fee of $499 and received a rebate of $1,000. One final note….my husband asked the manager to make sure they bring in a Ford tech to go over the Focus to find the trans or engine problems because he didn’t want someone’s wife or child hurt or worse in that car! More

David Manning was a great salesman. He listened to what we really wanted, not what the dealership wanted to push on us as was our experience at other dealers. He gave us several different options of vehicl we really wanted, not what the dealership wanted to push on us as was our experience at other dealers. He gave us several different options of vehicles and financing to meet our needs and answered all our questions. I used to think of car shopping as being as much fun as a root canal, but this was a notable exception. The entire staff at Walker Ford was friendly, courteous, helpful, and respected our goals for the purchase. I would recommend the dealer to others and plan to go back the next time I need a vehicle. Kevin was a very professional salesman and not over aggressive in his sales tactics. I have bought alot of vehicles and this is the first time I didn't feel the need to haggle the price of the vehicle aggressive in his sales tactics.
