This is my third car from Walker Ford, and the experience has always been great in both sales and service. Upon my entering the showroom floor of Walker Ford, my experience was good. I asked for Kevin Jewel and the receptionist paged him and he was there in a couple of minutes. I initially went to the new car section after being invited down from a web search. I did not leave with a nice feeling. When I told the person my credit rating and down payment, he acted as though I invited down from a web search. I did not leave with a nice feeling. I made a statement that maybe I should go to the used car side - Basically I was told not to bother. But, I decided to stop in a few days later to the used car side... I'm glad I did! Roger Danbury is not only kind and courteous, friendly and helpful, but is a true human being. Although I did not qualify for the car I wanted, I believe he did his utmost best to try and help me. He talked "to" me, not down to me! He was knowledgable and I would certainly recommend him to everyone! I would definately do business with him again! I was looking for a used Ford Garry greeted us,let us walk the lot and then asked what were we looking for...well I was torn I had a Focus and was looking for something more sporty.He then showed us a Fu walk the lot and then asked what were we looking for...well I was torn I had a Focus and was looking for something more sporty.He then showed us a Fusion that was traded in the night before it was a very nice car even though it had not been preped for the lot, took it for a test ride wow great but just wasn't me. So then we test drove a 2007 Ford Escape well fell in love. Garry did not put any pressure on us to go with the Fusion that was more money . As we were doing the paperwork we talked freely with Garry he is very personalbe and we felt very comfortalbe with him. While waiting for the loan process my husband asked where was the snack machine Garry said well we just got some pizza have some. I feel that Garry believes in what he does and it shows. We were very pleased with the car available at Walker Ford - American Made, low miles and a fair price. It was clean, waxed and displayed where we could walk around it and see inside the hood and open al Ford - American Made, low miles and a fair price. It was clean, waxed and displayed where we could walk around it and see inside the hood and open all doors. Other cars of the same model were near each other so we could compare features, mileage and, of course, prices. Our salesman, Garry, was informative when asked and didn't give us the "hard sell" that other dealers had done. Garry gave us the keys to test drive it on their 17 acre lot. After we agreed to buy the car, Garry offered to do a Car Fax for us and the car lived up to what was posted and explained by Garry. The only negative was the amount of time to process paperwork. I understand they have a new computer program that was giving them problems. Overall, we were pleased with the car, our salesman and Walker Ford. We would definately buy from them again and recommend them to others. More
