I ordered a specialty vehicle from Walker Ford 6 months before it was to be delivered. During these 6 months Irene and the rest of the staff that I was in contact with exceeded my expectations for customer before it was to be delivered. During these 6 months Irene and the rest of the staff that I was in contact with exceeded my expectations for customer service. Irene always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the terms negotiated 6 months in advance were honored without a hint of renegotiation. I bring this up because I have had experiences with other dealers asking for additional money after the agreement. Walker Ford not only honored their agreement, but reworked the deal at one point once they realized they could save me additional money. It is the experience everyone hopes for when buying a vehicle. I cannot think of anything negative about my experience at Walker Ford. More

This was truly the most pleasant car shopping and purchasing experience we have had in the 30 yrs of buying vehicles. We saw the truck on the lot Saturday evening and by Sunday afternoon the deal was purchasing experience we have had in the 30 yrs of buying vehicles. Garry Ransom is THE BEST salesman anyone could ask for, super friendly, efficient and gets the job done quickly. Harry in the finance dept. was also THE BEST, friendly, efficient and best of all got us a low interest rate, he was awesome. Thank you to both of them for doing an exceptional job. I see why Walker Ford has had them on staff for many years. They are an asset to the company and really went above and beyond what we ever expected from a large dealership. Tracy really knew her stuff and walked us through everything which really helped with the learning curve. I would definitely recommend Walker as the dealership to go to when buying a new vehicle because of the excellent treatment we received. I was also happy that we could buy American and still get a stylish and high tech product. I was watching one of the new Bond movies that featured many Ford products including the Edge and I think that as long as you guys keep turning out these cool products your market share will only increase. Hello. My name is Belinda Bowers and I recently leased a new Ford Edge. I came to Walker Ford because a few months prior I had stopped by to take a look at the Ford Explorer and was cheerfully greated by a new Ford Edge. I came to Walker Ford because a few months prior I had stopped by to take a look at the Ford Explorer and was cheerfully greated by a very informative Bill Mansfield. I was "just looking" at that point and even though I informed Bill of this he was still very attentive and answered all my questions. I remembered that when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Walker Ford was the one and only dealership that I intended on visiting and that was greatly due to Bill and falling in love with the Ford Edge. Upon arriving at Walker Ford I was greated by many wonderful people and went straight for Bill Mansfield. Bill walked my husband and I through the different models of the Edge and the pros and cons of leasing versus buying. To my surprise it was in my best interest to lease a vehicle. Bill let us test drive the Edge and I really did fall in love with it. So now it was time for financing and I was a little nervous because of a forclosure on my credit history and I was also very upside down on my car. After some wheeling and dealing we (Bill, my husband and I)came up with a plan. I was unable to purchase the car that night, but came back the next night to purchase it. I must say that my experience with Bill Mansfield at Walker Ford was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Through all the ups and downs of financing Bill was by my side with encouraging words. I will return to Walker Ford whe the time comes and I will hopefully be able to work with Bill Mansfield again.
