Our recent car shopping was stressful and not fun – that is until I asked for an internet quote from Walker Ford. The response was almost immediate and put us in touch with Kevin Jewell at Walker's. Kevin made the rest of our quest for a car extremely easy! He was always available to us – emailing one response at 12:40 AM and another one at 5 AM. When I stopped by without an appointment, he made sure my needs were met (thanks Irene Flenna!) and followed up with a phone call right afterward. He worked with us to get the maximum trade in for our vehicle (thanks Bill Gordon!) and provided us with various options for financing. When I asked for a light colored car with light interior, Kevin did a statewide search and the trades manager got our car for us. He connected us with Denise Newman for accessories we needed and she arranged for a quick installation. We never felt pressure to make a decision – just guidance as to what might be best. When we picked up our car Kevin and Harry Rumberger made it an easy process to complete paperwork and drive off fairly quickly. Even Igey came out to welcome us to the Walker Family. I ordered a specialty vehicle from Walker Ford 6 months before it was to be delivered. During these 6 months Irene and the rest of the staff that I was in contact with exceeded my expectations for customer before it was to be delivered. Irene always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and the terms negotiated 6 months in advance were honored without a hint of renegotiation. I bring this up because I have had experiences with other dealers asking for additional money after the agreement. Walker Ford not only honored their agreement, but reworked the deal at one point once they realized they could save me additional money. It is the experience everyone hopes for when buying a vehicle. I cannot think of anything negative about my experience at Walker Ford. More

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing/leasing our first new vehicle. Tracy was very helpful and extremely patience with my wife. Tracy really knew her stuff and walked us through everything which really helped with the learning curve. I would definitely recommend Walker as the dealership to go to when buying a new vehicle because of the excellent treatment we received. I was also happy that we could buy American and still get a stylish and high tech product. I was watching one of the new Bond movies that featured many Ford products including the Edge and I think that as long as you guys keep turning out these cool products your market share will only increase.
