Had appointment for 11 o’clock to get a trim piece that has been ordered installed. At 12:15 I was told the trim piece needed was on back order. I told them it was in that’s why I was here. I left at 2:00 with nothing done but a waist of my time. Not happy. More

Had a good experience but had a spot above damage and asked for paint when I picked up car and he said it would not look good had to be sprayed. I had damage on passenger side as well as drivers side. I asked for paint when I picked up car and he said it would not look good had to be sprayed. I had damage on passenger side as well as drivers side. I had insurance but 500.00 deductible and the total I think was 2200. I think that small dot. Could have been painted when they painted passenger side. I assumed they sprayed as there were two scratches. I bought my car there and I am still paying for it More

Nothing but great service all around! My check engine light came on and I called Walker Ford because I’d heard nothing but great things about them and spoke with advisor Mike and he got me in the followi light came on and I called Walker Ford because I’d heard nothing but great things about them and spoke with advisor Mike and he got me in the following day without an appointment due to the indicator.
