Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one. Saved the day Walker Ford's Dan Victory and their mechanic, John saved our vacation! They helped us out when our air conditioning died. They got us in, fixed the Walker Ford's Dan Victory and their mechanic, John saved our vacation! They helped us out when our air conditioning died. Walker Ford Service is terrible The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to get service has been very poor. Culminating today in showing up early for a 10 am appointment and THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE . I waited four hours before they got to me. I had to ask for a manager because the service representative assigned to me was barely any help. Shop Foreman Justin Boczar was a waste of time and all he could offer me was his business card to call him for "better service" next time. WHAT? Awful service. More
