I can, however, rate the customer service and overall experience. That went very smoothly and no issues at all. Mike N. was our sales associate and he is on his game and we didn't feel pressured and he didn't look disinterested at all. Even when we contemplated leaving to come back at a later time. Mike, you get an "A+" or outstanding..... As for the showroom and lot, everything is kept super clean and organized. Everyone else we dealt with around Mike seemed kind and friendly which was GREAT! My cousin Ted is General Sales manager for IRA Motor Group and he's always helped us out with used vehicles in the past and they are also a great organization but we found the deal at Walls was too good to pass up. Lets hope the service and vehicle live up to Walls name as well and they stand behind their word! Keep up the good work, Walls! More

When I bought my car, a couple of delays happened because they wanted the car to be in perfect condition the day I would pick it up. Thomas always offered a solution (he even proposed me to deliver my car to my house personally due to my busy schedule and because I live about 40 minutes away from Salisbury). Thomas topped of the tank of gas before I picked the car (which is a first in my experience buying a car). Thomas is a great asset to Walls Ford, he always wants to make sure everyring's right without being "pushy". He even gave me his personal cell phone number so he could text me and keep me updated. Everybody was friendly from the accounting to the mechanics and they all wanted to be sure that my experience was five stars, and it was! It's a family business and you can tell they all want you to be part of it. Thank you to all and particularly to Thomas for this great experience! More

We decided to return to Wall's and buy out the end of our lease rather than return to where we had originally leased the car. When we arrived we were pleasently greeted by sales representative Mike Nocifora. We explained to him that we wanted to buy out the lease and keep the car we had been driving. He then informed us of the other opportunities available and compared the advantages and disadvantages to keeping the car we had leased. He offered to show us other cars available for comparison.Mike was very informative about the cars and we apprciatead the information and decided to purchase a new vehicle instead. Mike never pressured us into buying a car.. He only wanted to inform us of the best deal available to us. He worked with our budget and got us a good deal. The knowledge that he shared made it easier for us to make a decision. He made our buying experience the most pleasurable one we have had.
