I purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 via the internet without personal inspection; I was very happy with my Sales Rep Paul. He did refer me to the Walser used car reconditioning center video online for review. E personal inspection; I was very happy with my Sales Rep Paul. He did refer me to the Walser used car reconditioning center video online for review. Everything is as expected but there are about 5 slight door dings, I assumed they would have been rectified at your reconditioning center per the video prior to resale. If there is an option to drive back to the reconditioning center or dealership when you have a paintless dent technician contracted to rectify I would be extremely satisfied! In hindsight, I should have not assumed and inspected prior to purchase. I would still recommend Walser and should have inspected in person. More

The wrong part was ordered. I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I was told there was no date even though there was the part available on mopar website I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I found what I was looking for quickly with the help of Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in. Jesse did all my paperwork in advance so when I arrive to pick up the van, it was very quick. A Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in.
