Frustrated that I had an appointment for 8 AM drop the car off and later in the day was told that a diagnostic appointment takes 24 to 48 hours. Purchased a 25 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in December 2024. Have had to bring the vehicle in multiple times for service. First issue was related to sunroof leaking water. I was without my vehicle for almost 3 Have had to bring the vehicle in multiple times for service. First issue was related to sunroof leaking water. I was without my vehicle for almost 3 weeks, no rental or loaner provided. I was told that they just have to wait for an approved tech to do the warranty work. A few thousand miles later, I started getting a "Service Shifter" error message. I brought the vehicle back in again. This time, they provided a very basic loaner, nowhere near my vehicle's comfort or features. Once again, it took over 2 weeks to get my car back as a part had to be ordered and then was backordered. I never received a call with updates. When I called to see what the status was and was informed the part was on backorder, the service rep seemed bothered I was calling and stated, "well don't you have a rental"? The dealership had my vehicle for over 1 month out of the first 10 months I owned. Very disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment that these are issues a brand-new vehicle shouldn't have in the first place, but also in the lack of urgency and empathy for the situation and their inability to communicate why service/repairs are taking so long. The people were wonderful but it took over 2 hours to handle 2 recall issues and when I picked the car up they said they were missing a part. Overall great experience. However, major issues and disappointing in after-sale financing (with Ally Auto), which doesn’t bode well for the dealerships reputation.
